At Rootz to Bloomz, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we’ll do our best to make it right if something goes wrong.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items have been opened or used.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or offer store credit.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, at the customer’s expense, for a refund or exchange.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

  • Store credit or replacements may be issued if a refund is not possible.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item if eligible.

  3. Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
